Kaitlin joined our staff in 2019. She holds an Associate’s degree in early childhood education and is a certified head teacher. She has experience working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers before assuming the role of Director in November of 2021. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys going on animal excursions and has gotten to play with rhinos, manatees, seals, sloths, and giraffes. She also recently got married and is a mom to four cats!

Briana joined our staff in 2016. She holds an Associate’s degree in early childhood education and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree as well. Briana has been a dancer for the past 15 years and has also been a dance teacher. She is mom to three cats and a dog.

Jennifer joined our staff in 2018. She is a certified Emergency Medical Technician. Her favorite activities to do with toddlers in our toddler classroom include reading books, felt boards, and teaching basic sign language. She has two daughters of her own and once worked as a tour guide at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center!

Tiffanie joined our staff in 2024. She came to WCCC with 3 years childcare experience. In her free time she enjoys listening to country music and spending time with family and friends. She is a mom to a one year old daughter.

Jaylee joined our staff in 2023. She is currently enrolled in college courses to pursure her dream of becoming a school counselor. She also has experience coaching field hockey, softball, and cheerleading.

Maeve joined our staff in 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in linguistics and human development. She taught English in Thailand and driven across the country…twice!
